Welcome to HUB (the "Platform"). By accessing our website or requesting beta access, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
 

1. BETA DISCLAIMER & "AS-IS" PROVISION

HUB is currently in a Beta testing phase. The Platform and its services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. You acknowledge that the Platform may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. HUB makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the stability or functionality of the Beta.
 

2. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR CANCEL

HUB reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta program at any time without notice.

  • Deny or revoke access to any user for any reason.

  • Decide not to proceed with a full commercial release. HUB is not liable for any perceived loss resulting from the suspension or cancellation of the Beta or the Platform.
     

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to register for the HUB Beta. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
 

4. USER CONDUCT & MARKETPLACE RULES

As a user, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

  • Post misleading, fake, or "scam" hardware listings.

  • Attempt to bypass any security features or scrape data from the Platform.

  • Harass other users or representatives of HUB.
     

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUB, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or hardware.

  • Financial loss resulting from transactions made between users.

  • Technical issues arising from the use of the Beta software. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Beta is to stop using the Platform.
     

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs (including the "HUB" name and branding), and software are the exclusive property of HUB. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the Beta period.
 

7. PRIVACY & DATA

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HUB, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy, specifically for the purposes of Beta communication and geographical verification in the L.A. area.
 

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms shall be filed in the courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
 

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms as HUB evolves. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
